SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged by our long-time client to hire a Workday Analyst to join their HRIS team. This individual will have ownership of Workday configuration, specifically within the time tracking, absence, and payroll modules, including troubleshooting, workflow optimization, data analysis, and security management. This analyst will work as a trusted partner to leaders and business teams and have the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable solutions. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of HRIS and will be excted to be onsite in a hybrid capacity.
