2–5 years of labor and employment law experience.
Experience handling employment litigation matters, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, witness interviews, and court appearances.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment claims, leave and accommodation matters, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations.
Experience advising employers on workplace law issues, employee relations, employment agreements, policies, reductions in force, and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, and Illinois bar admission.
Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
