The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst who will work directly with our CFO to help build and scale the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function. You’ll play a central role in transforming how we manage and forecast our business, from designing reporting tools to driving decision-making across the organization.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for developing operational strategies and providing senior leadership across all company locations. This role requires a hands-on, no-ego leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with the agility to handle day-to-day operational challenges. The VP of Operations will work closely with the President, COO (who you’ll reporting into), and VP of Operations Technology while ensuring that all operational teams maintain a high level of efficiency, customer focus, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the Operations Management team.
Develop and implement annual operational plans to optimize performance.
Analyze company operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Approve and oversee capital and major operational expenditures.
Ensure the effective use of resources, both human and material, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Establish daily and weekly goals for Regional Operations Managers and their teams, assessing performance and implementing necessary improvements.
Foster a culture of camaraderie, trust, and accountability within the workforce.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies.
Promote professional growth opportunities for employees while maintaining open and effective communication across the organization.
Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain uninterrupted service delivery, particularly for essential patient needs such as oxygen.
Qualification Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, preferably within Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
Leadership & Organizational Skills: Proven ability to delegate, elevate staff, and maintain accountability. Must be adaptable and capable of both high-level strategy and hands-on problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and executives. Must be confident, direct, and personable.
Analytical & Decision-Making Abilities: Capable of assessing operational performance, making data-driven decisions, and implementing improvements. Must be comfortable making tough decisions, learning from challenges, and continuously improving processes.
Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
Safety & Compliance: Demonstrated commitment to promoting and adhering to safety and security procedures while ensuring proper use of all equipment and materials.
