Overview:
- Lead a team of 10 engineers focused on design and project management
- Oversee the projects within the group to ensure timelines are met on budget and meeting customer expectations
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges and optimize product performance.
- Develop and implement engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct engineering reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in engineering
- Previous experience in team leadership or management roles, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong technical background in structural engineering, with expertise in precast and concrete design and analysis
