SkyWater Search Partners is assiting one of our best clients with their search for an experienced associate attorney to join its busy New York office. This position is focused on labor & employment litigation.
Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years’ experience in:
• Handling complex employment litigation matters
• Defending and prosecuting restrictive covenant disputes
• Preparing and negotiating employment and executive compensation agreements
• Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York State Bar
This role offers a highly competitive salary ($280,000–$325,000 base), performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity to work with a nationally respected team on sophisticated matters.
