A national law firm is seeking a business litigation associate to join its New York office. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience who is looking to work on complex matters in a sophisticated and collaborative environment.
The associate will be involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting legal research; managing discovery; and assisting with depositions and trial preparation. The role offers meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on high-level matters across a diverse client base.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and a demonstrated commitment to litigation. Prior clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
The anticipated salary range for this position is approximately $210,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
