SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in Central Minnesota on a Food Safety & Quality Manager search! Our client is a successful food manufacturer with a loyal customer following and has been consistently growing over the last few years (around 15%). The Food Safety & Quality Manager will oversee the day-to-day food safety and quality activities within the production facility, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, & internal standards. This role partners closely with operations to identify risks, initiate corrective actions, and continuously improve food safety & quality systems.
