SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in Central Minnesota on a Food Safety & Quality Manager search! Our client is a small food manufacturer who’s been consistently growing over the last few years (around 15%). The Food Safety & Quality Manager will oversee the day-to-day food safety and quality activities within the production facility, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, & internal standards. This role partners closely with operations to identify risks, initiate corrective actions, and continuously improve food safety & quality systems. It’s a direct-hire opportunity with a well-known Minnesota brand who’s looking for a strong FSQ Manager with aspirations to grow into a director level role in the near future.
