One of our top local HVAC clients has partnered with us to find a proven hunter for their service sales team. They are one of Minnesota’s largest and fastest-growing independent mechanical contractors (Top 5 in service, Top 10 in sheet metal hours statewide). They serving restaurants, convenience stores, data centers, and commercial facilities with HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and full facility/handyman services – truly a one-stop shop.
This newly created role (growth position, 3rd on the team) owns retention and new revenue across an existing book of accounts while aggressively prospecting for preventative maintenance agreements and small projects. You’ll act as the trusted advisor and liaison between clients and field teams, inheriting house accounts for immediate impact and unlimited upside.
They pay 100% of health/dental/vision for the entire family, and have a great compensation plan landing year 1 employees in the $150k – $200k range, with roadway to $300k+.
