SkyWater is partnering with a mid-sized manufacturer in the Sioux Falls area to help find an Operations Manager for their team! The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations while implementing lean manufacturing principles, looking for process improvements, training & mentoring employees, and much more. This person will be overseeing a team of about 10 direct reports with roughly 75 indirect across multiple shifts.
