They’re looking for a hands-on Quality leader who can own the Quality Management System at the company’s main facility while also partnering with their global plants to align standards & best practices. The Director of Quality will lead a team of 4 engineers and 1 technician, while setting the direction of the quality department, working directly with customers on quality issues, and working closely with cross-functional leaders & the executive team on strategic initiatives. SkyWater is partnering with a privately held manufacturer based in the Sioux Falls area who’s looking to hire a Maintenance & Facilities Manager for their team! Our client has been in business almost 50 years, they have operations across the globe and they primarily serve the agricultural, construction, & automotive sectors. This role is open due to a recent promotion and will work closely with the Plant Manager to make a big impact on the plant. The Maintenance & Facilities Manager will lead a team of 12 technicians and will own equipment reliability, develop preventive maintenance plans, troubleshoot equipment, and support capital equipment projects.
