- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Design Engineer, with a focus on industrial equipment, preferably in the construction equipment industry or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading design projects.
