Manager of Software Engineering (Minnesota-hybrid)
SkyWater has partnered with a well-known company in the financial services industry. With international presence, and an established parent company, this Twin Cities-based subsidiary is looking to add a Manager to their Agile team of 12.
This company is targeting an individual that is highly technical, and highly curious as the launch an effort to move away from a monolithic, legacy platform in favor of a modern Microservices environment using the likes of Azure Devops, React, and other modern tools.
To be a fit for this position, we are targeting a background in engineering with C#.NET skills and exposure to SQL databases as they will be writing APIs to help move the ship towards modernization. And we are targeting someone with formal leadership experience.
