We are seeking a passionate and proven marketing leader to define and lead marketing strategies and plans, driving growth across alumni and affinity travel programs. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer/Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will guide a small but high-impact team, including a Direct Mail Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Project Manager, while overseeing key creative and media agency partnerships. The Marketing Manager will shape and execute the B2B and Consumer Marketing roadmap, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

This role plays a pivotal part in evolving and modernizing the marketing approach, strengthening traditional channels like direct mail while expanding digital capabilities, testing new ways to engage audiences, and ensuring all marketing initiatives run efficiently, cohesively, and on brand. This leader will ensure marketing remains both data-informed and story-driven, combining emotional resonance with measurable performance.

What They Will Do

  • Lead marketing strategy, planning, and budget aligned to growth goals
  • Manage and develop a small internal team and agency partners

  • Align closely with Sales on lead generation, enablement, and conversion
  • Oversee integrated direct mail and digital programs including paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and website optimization
  • Ensure brand consistency, compelling creative, and strong storytelling
  • Use data, analytics, and customer insights to optimize performance and retention
