SkyWater is partnering with an innovative, growing MedTech client on a  Digital Marketing Manager position. The DMM will lead the creation and implementation of high-performing digital marketing plans, initiatives, and campaigns that contribute to business expansion. This role is central to shaping a well-rounded digital approach, managing program execution, improving performance across channels, and evaluating outcomes to increase impact and enhance the customer journey. The role requires someone with MedTech or pharma digital marketing experience. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with overarching marketing goals to support integrated, multi-channel efforts.
  • Create adaptable, platform-specific content that delivers a cohesive and engaging experience across both healthcare professional and consumer interactions.
  • Manage digital programs from initial planning through rollout and post-launch analysis, ensuring campaigns connect effectively with key target audiences.
  • Share innovative ideas and strategic direction with internal teams to foster alignment and gain organizational support.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies, enhance channel effectiveness, and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Two or more years working in the pharmaceutical sector or medical device, including familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of digital channels and tactics, including social media, content development, SEO, paid media, email campaigns, search marketing, CRM systems, and virtual event formats such as webinars.
  • Hands-on experience with website platforms, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and data reporting or visualization tools.
  • Track record of building and delivering impactful digital campaigns, particularly in leading end-to-end social media strategies with responsibility for planning, execution, and results.
