Network/Systems Admin
A leading Midwest-based manufacturing organization is seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to support its expanding IT environment across a modern production and warehouse facility.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist early in their career who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants exposure across systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
What You’ll Do:
• Support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune)
• Assist with network operations (VLANs, switches, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Handle endpoint support across Windows/macOS environments
• Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure improvements
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of IT support, systems, or network administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and customer-first approach
• Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switching)
• Exposure to firewalls/VPNs (FortiGate a plus)
• Desire to learn and grow in a collaborative, lean team
