Operations Manager
A leading global provider of self-service solutions is seeking a Operations Manager to lead a critical hub of warehouse, assembly, and logistics operations. This role sits at the center of execution, directly impacting customer delivery, cost performance, and operational scalability.
You’ll oversee a dynamic, project-based environment, not a traditional high-volume manufacturing line, where adaptability, systems thinking, and leadership from the floor are essential. This is an opportunity to bring structure, improve workflows, and elevate performance across a growing operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse, assembly, and shipping operations to meet cost, quality, and service goals
- Optimize ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred) to improve visibility and execution
- Drive process improvements across labor utilization, workflow, and layout
- Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, and cross-functional coordination
- Build and develop a safety-focused, accountable team culture
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience leading manufacturing/assembly + warehouse operations
- Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and systems mindset
- Track record of driving measurable operational improvements
- Ability to thrive in a project-based or job-shop environment
