Operations Specialist
We are partnering with a high-growth manufacturing company in the west metro to hire an Operations Specialist to support and scale day-to-day operational execution across manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.
This role plays a central part in keeping product flowing smoothly from suppliers through production and into distribution. The Operations Specialist will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to improve visibility, accuracy, and execution as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Support production planning and coordination for a manufacturing operation
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking across suppliers and warehouse partners
- Coordinate inbound freight, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Work with vendors on purchase orders, lead times, and issue resolution
- Support forecasting, purchasing, and operational reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and visibility
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing support
- Manufacturing experience preferred (food, CPG, or regulated environments a plus)
- Strong inventory management and operational follow-through
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
