Payroll Manager
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization in the Twin Cities seeking a Manager to take ownership of a critical function supporting a multi-site workforce.
This is a highly visible role responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across a complex, multi-state environment. You’ll collaborate closely with HR and finance while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all payroll operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll for a multi-location workforce
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies
- Partner with HR and accounting to reconcile employee data
- Support AP/AR and assist with transactional accounting as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5–10+ years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large company environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately
- Experience with payroll systems and multi-state processing
- Self-starter comfortable in a lean, collaborative team
