Principal Marketing Manager, National Accounts
SkyWater is partnering with a growing medical device company seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Marketing Manager with expertise in downstream marketing and in marketing to strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio commercialization strategies that drive product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth across corporate and national accounts.
- Lead the development of sales enablement tools, product positioning, customer presentations, and marketing campaigns that support portfolio objectives and field execution.
- Create and support RFP responses, contract proposals, value messaging, competitive positioning materials, and launch tools for new agreements and partnerships.
- Drive alignment across commercial and marketing functions by translating customer insights into actionable plans, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring all customer-facing initiatives are consistent with portfolio strategy, brand standards, and organizational priorities.
- Support executive customer engagement through strategic presentations, briefing materials, innovation updates, partnership roadmaps, and branded educational initiatives.
- Deliver competitive intelligence, market insights, pricing support, and account-specific sales tools that strengthen customer positioning and growth strategies.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, performance reporting, and opportunity analyses that translate data into actionable recommendations, improve forecasting, and identify growth opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting strategic, national, or enterprise-level customers through commercial marketing initiatives, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or B2B sectors.
- Proven success in developing executive-facing communications, market and competitive analyses, and insight-driven recommendations that inform business decisions.
