Real Estate Associate
A national law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice in Seattle. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a broad-based transactional real estate practice within a collaborative and well-regarded team.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and real estate finance matters. Experience representing both borrowers and lenders is preferred, and exposure to common interest community work is a plus.
The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and working closely with clients and senior attorneys on a variety of sophisticated real estate matters.
