Real Estate Associate
A highly regarded midsize law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Los Angeles office.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-profile real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, complex commercial leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and real estate finance matters. The position provides significant hands-on experience and early responsibility within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of substantive real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial purchase and sale agreements and leases, managing diligence, reviewing title and survey materials, and coordinating closings.
This opportunity offers a clear path for professional growth, including meaningful client exposure, mentorship, and business development support within a collegial and merit-based culture. The target base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $275,000.
