Senior Accountant
I’m excited to be partnering with one of my best PE-backed clients to add a newly created Senior Accountant to their team!
This role will report directly to the Controller (who I had the opportunity to place) and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow, gain exposure to the business, and have a seat at the table.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with operations and leadership, not just sit behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
- Own key pieces of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support inventory and cost accounting, including standard costing and manufacturing variances
- Partner with operations and engineering to understand what’s driving the numbers
- Assist with audit support, internal controls, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and make things run more efficiently
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership of month-end close
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory, or manufacturing preferred
- Exposure to regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, etc.) is a plus
- Someone who is curious, proactive, and wants to learn the business
