Do you have 2-4 years of public accounting experience and are starting to feel like this may have been your last busy season?

We’re partnering with a multi-billion-dollar, publicly traded organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join their Minneapolis-based team.

If you’re looking for your first move out of public accounting and want to join a company where people build long-term careers, this could be a really strong next step.

  • Participate in special projects focused on process improvements, system enhancements, financial analysis, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial information to leadership while serving as a trusted resource on accounting and reporting-related questions.
  • Stay current on evolving accounting guidance and reporting requirements while helping the team navigate new and complex accounting matters.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members as opportunities arise.

  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and utilizing Excel to support analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain financial information to both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
