Senior Business Analyst
SkyWater has been engaged by a growing, mission-driven life sciences company in central Minnesota — with a global footprint and we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to its business and executive leadership team.
This is not a reporting or data analytics role: you will shape enterprise technology initiatives, translate business strategy into actionable solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor from the frontline to the C-suite.
What you will do:
• Manage and prioritize a technology backlog aligned to business strategy
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through adoption
• Partner with technical teams, vendors, and consultants on enterprise platforms
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive meaningful change

Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-year degree
- 5+ years supporting enterprise business systems (not data/reporting focus)
- ERP and CRM experience
- Confident communicator at all levels; exec presence is essential
- Agile/Waterfall hybrid experience; tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Commutable to central MN headquarters (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
- Cannot require sponsorship
