Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing)
I’m partnered with a midsize manufacturing client that’s based in the Twin Cities to help them hire a seasoned Business Analyst with deep manufacturing operations experience.
This role will report to the Applications Manager and be seen as a senior resource that will help mentor a small team. In this highly visible role you will partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to support digital manufacturing initiatives, enhance MES capabilities, and drive operational efficiency across multiple production sites. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in manufacturing environments, plant floor operations, process mapping, and working across enterprise systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, etc.).
Desired Skills and Experience
- Lead manufacturing process discovery & documentation
- Support MES enhancements and integrations
- Drive KPI standardization (OEE, yield, cycle time)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and IT
- Looking for 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing business analysis or operations-focused role
