Senior Business Loan Officer
We are partnering with a well-established regional credit union who is seeking a Senior Business Loan Officer to join its commercial lending team in the Chippewa Valley.
This is an opportunity for an experienced lender who wants meaningful portfolio ownership, business development responsibility and the ability to work across a diverse mix of commercial credits.
The successful candidate will originate and manage commercial relationships spanning multifamily and income-producing real estate, construction, C&I, equipment financing and revolving credit facilities.
You’ll analyze financial statements and cash flow, structure and price transactions, partner with credit analysts, present credits for approval and manage relationships throughout the entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- 7+ years of commercial lending experience preferred
- Proven success originating and managing a commercial portfolio
- Strong credit analysis and financial statement interpretation
- Experience with complex commercial credits
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage both business development and portfolio responsibilities
