Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction initiatives across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. -Own schedules, manage risks, align stakeholders, and drive product launches from concept through deployment. -You will also help establish PMO processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering -5+ years project/program management experience with 2+ years in engineering environments -Experience leading new product development in complex manufacturing environments -Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence without formal authority -Collaborative, decisive, and execution-driven leadership style -Local to Minnesota
