Hybrid – Eden Prairie, MN (3x a week onsite)
Salary: up to 115K + 10% bonus
I’m working with a mid-sized manufacturer in Eden Prairie that’s investing heavily in tech and automation.This role will be a finance partner to their plants, working directly with operations on cost, margin and efficiency projects.
The ideal fit is a senior analyst with a manufacturing background who likes digging into the why behind the numbers and working directly with leaders across divisions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with plant and operations leaders on cost, throughput and margin analysis
- Build Power BI dashboards the plants can use on their own
- Support budget, forecasts and executive reporting
- Variance analysis and month-end support (journal entries, recs, accruals)
- Automate and simplify reporting with ERP, Power BI and AI tools
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, manufacturing strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel, Power BI preferred
- Strong communicator with finance and non-finance leaders
- Hybrid, 3 days a week in Eden Prairie
