Senior User Experience Specialist
SkyWater Search has partnered with a mission-driven, Twin Cities–based not-for-profit organization to find and hire their next Senior User Experience (UX) Specialist. This role plays a key part in shaping how individuals interact with digital systems used to earn and maintain professional credentials in the healthcare space.
We are targeting a UX professional with deep experience translating complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in UX design, content strategy, and usability testing, with experience working closely with IT and business stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Experience in regulated, healthcare, credentialing, or non-profit settings is highly preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, content, or digital experience.
- Experience with UX research usability testing, and analytics
- Strong UX writing skills & ability to simplify complex workflows
- Adobe creative suite, healthcare/medical, email platform experience preferred.
- Must be local to the Minneapolis area (hybrid work in the East Metro)
