Sr. Account Manager
Well established health and beauty brand is seeking a Sr. Account Manager for their drug channel business.
The right person will drive revenue, optimize trade investment, strengthen cross-functional execution (supply chain through marketing), and elevate the brand’s presence across both in-store and digital channels.
We’re looking for someone with strong CPG experience who understands the nuances of the drug channel, has led merchant conversations, and is comfortable owning forecasts, trade spend, and performance analytics end-to-end.
$150K – $165K + bonus
Drug Channel experience is required
HYBRID: In office 3 days a week
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with the drug channel serving as the strategic lead
- Work with teams to ensure seamless execution across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Shape and influence assortment strategy, distribution expansion, and shelving opportunities
- Develop and deliver annual and multi-year growth plans
- Full accountability for the account P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and spend optimization
- Lead joint business planning efforts
- Partner closely with digital and eComm teams to ensure cohesive execution across brick-and-mortar and online platforms
- Monitor weekly POS, inventory, and replenishment data and translate performance data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, minimize out-of-stocks, and support new item launches.
- Provide guidance and development to a junior team member
Desired Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive CPG experience
- Beauty industry and drug channel experience is preferred
- Strategic Planning, P&L/Financial, Negotiation, and Analytical Experience necessary
