Sr. UX Designer (On- Site Columbus OH)
SkyWater Search Partners has teamed up with a well-established technology consulting firm to identify a Senior lvel User Experience/ UX Designer for a flagship project with one of the largest banks in the U.S.
They are seeking a UX Designer who thrives in complex, data-heavy environments and has experience shaping intuitive, visually compelling enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to bring a modern, elegant user experience to a next-generation financial analytics platform.
This position will be onsite for the duration of the project (through 2025), then turn info a fully remote role working on other enterprise projects – no bench time!

Desired Skills and Experience
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design with designs built in Figma for large scale customers.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, information hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills — ideally from a consulting or client-facing background.
- Willing to be on site in Jersey City through 2026. Fully remote after
