Territory Sales Representative – Industrial Services

The Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This consultative sales role focuses on helping industrial customers improve asset longevity, facility performance, compliance, and operational efficiency through specialized service solutions.
The successful candidate will inherit existing customer relationships and active opportunities while being expected to generate new business and expand strategic accounts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Prospect and secure new customer relationships within industrial markets
- Expand existing accounts through consultative selling and relationship management
- Conduct customer site visits and facility assessments
- Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to develop proposals and solutions
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities
- Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance leaders, operations teams, engineering personnel, and procurement stakeholders
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
- Travel throughout assigned territory to support customer engagement and business development efforts
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, facilities, maintenance, construction, technical services, contract manufacturing, or related markets preferred
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders within complex customer organizations
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and project-based opportunities is beneficial
- Comfortable conducting facility walkthroughs in industrial environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
