Vice President of IT

This is the number one IT role. You would report to a senior executive, lead two direct reports and the teams beneath them, and work hybrid from a Twin Cities office. AI use is still early, and the client wants a leader who has taken it into production in an operational setting and can turn data into an advantage for the business.

- Multi-site operations support, where uptime comes first

Responsibilities
- Build a multi-year technology and data roadmap tied to the operating plan
- Own infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP and operational systems support
- Own IT budget, capital planning, and vendor strategy
- Support M&A integration
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 year degree, Masters/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, manufacturing or operations preferred
- SAP or comparable ERP, plus IT and OT exposure
- A current IT head, or a number two ready for the top seat
- Local to Minnesota
