Vice President of Partnerships, FinTech and Lending
We are partnering with a mission-driven, nationally chartered financial institution who is seeking a Vice President, Fintech Lending Partnerships to drive growth across a high-impact portfolio of lending programs.

The Opportunity:
This individual contributor will be responsible for originating, structuring, and expanding fintech lending partnerships. The role sits at the intersection of business development, strategy, and execution—owning deals from ideation through launch and optimization.

Responsibilities
-Source and develop new fintech lending partnerships aligned with strategic and mission-driven objectives -Expand revenue opportunities within existing partner relationships -Lead end-to-end deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and contracting -Navigate internal governance processes across risk, compliance, legal, and product -Act as a strategic advisor to partners while holding them accountable to performance standards -Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth -Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new lending products and use cases to market
Desired Skills and Experience
-7+ years in partnerships, business development, or growth roles within fintech, lending, or financial services -Proven ability to source, structure, and close complex partnership deals Strong understanding of consumer and/or SMB lending programs -Experience working with or alongside fintech ecosystems at scale -Commercial acumen paired with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills -Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
