Warehouse Manager
.The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, including warehouse execution, labor performance, SOP creation, workflow optimization, packaging improvement, equipment maintenance, safety, and overall facility efficiency. This role drives continuous improvement and accountability across operations to support growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and fulfillment operations over multiple shifts to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving.
- Establish daily/weekly priorities and ensure labor is deployed to meet shipping and production needs.
- Create, maintain, and enforce SOPs across warehouse, fulfillment, and shop workflows.
- Own facility and equipment readiness, preventative maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years leadership experience in warehouse/fulfillment/manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, implement SOPs, and enforce standards.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment involving heavy product handling.
- This role requires an individual who is mechanically inclined and comfortable diagnosing issues, coordinating repairs, and performing basic to intermediate maintenance independently.
