A prominent Minnesota-based retail organization seeks a strategic Technology Manager to own its Workday HCM ecosystem and supporting platform. This is a platform-ownership role—not people leadership—responsible for post-split tenant stabilization, roadmap execution, process optimization, analytics, and delivering an exceptional employee experience across a dynamic, high-growth organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration across multiple modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, etc.)
  • 3+ years as Workday system administrator managing security, releases, integrations, and performance
  • Demonstrated success leading HR tech projects, change management, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analytics skills; Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred: Workday certifications and integration experience
