Adriana Fontaine

Supporting the Managing Partner & Firm Operations

As Executive Operations Associate, Adriana Fontaine supports the Managing Partner and firmwide operations at SkyWater Search Partners, helping drive the internal processes that keep the organization running smoothly. In her role, Adriana partners closely with Managing Partner Adam Hoffarber, providing direct operational support and ensuring the firm’s internal systems, communications, and marketing initiatives run at a high level. She plays an essential part in coordinating cross-department efforts and strengthening the efficiency, consistency, and brand presence of SkyWater’s internal operations.

Adriana grew up in St. Paul, MN, and attended Cretin-Derham Hall High School before earning her degree in Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She currently lives in St. Louis Park.

Before stepping into this role at SkyWater, she had a successful career as an Associate Recruiter on SkyWater’s Human Resources team.

In her free time, Adriana is usually checking out a new restaurant, swapping book recommendations with coworkers, or unwinding outside on a walk or run.
