Allie Bornstein

Group Director, Human Resources

Allie Bornstein is the Group Director of SkyWater’s Human Resources practice. In addition to leading a team of talented recruiters, she focuses on individual contributor and leadership searches for companies of all sizes and industries in the Upper Midwest. Positions of specialty include: HR Business Partner, HR Director, VP of HR, CHRO, and Total Rewards leadership. Allie is also the firm’s resident expert on Executive Support searches and places talented Executive Assistants to support C-Suite leaders.

Allie also has extensive experience facilitating training around individual and community leadership best practices, serving as the Program Facilitator for the Tom Burnett Advanced Leadership Program at the University of Minnesota for five years. Before joining SkyWater, Allie studied Finance & Risk Management at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She started her career in public accounting and spent over seven years as an Executive Recruiter with a large national search firm, focusing on Accounting and Finance search. Allie is a Minnesota native currently residing in St. Louis Park, MN. In addition to work, she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, and is passionate about rescue animals, cooking, yoga, the outdoors, reading, podcasts, and renewable energy.
