Allie Bornstein

Director, Human Resources

Allie Bornstein is a Senior Associate within SkyWater’s Human Resources practice. She focuses on individual contributor and leadership searches for companies of all sizes and industries in Minnesota seeking to hire experienced, local talent. Positions of specialty include HR Business Partner, HR Director, HR Manager, Learning & Development Manager, and Total Rewards. Allie also has extensive experience facilitating formal conversations around individual and community leadership, serving as a leadership development program facilitator at the University of Minnesota for the past five years.

Before joining SkyWater, Allie studied Finance & Risk Management at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She started her career in public accounting and spent over seven years as an Executive Recruiter with Parker + Lynch, focusing on Accounting and Finance search. Allie is a Minnesota native currently residing in St. Louis Park, MN. In addition to work, she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, cooking, yoga, exploring the outdoors, reading, mindfulness practices, science-based podcasts, and learning about other cultures.
