Originally from Rogers, MN, Caitlin is a Gustavus Adolphus College alum and holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management. She now lives in Excelsior with her husband, Tyler, their energetic son, Henrik, and their rescue dog, Jasper.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her outdoors—hiking, biking, golfing, boating, or even cross-country skiing. She’s also an avid reader, baker, and adventure planner.
