As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Emma currently works with a “full desk” on the Sales recruiting team. The SkyWater Sales team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest.

Prior to joining SkyWater, Emma was the Director of Recruiting at New York Life. Outside of recruiting, Emma shows her strength on the court… the tennis court that is. She also enjoys skiing, and making friends with dogs on her running route. Ask her how much she loves rhubarb pie.
