Recruiting & Development Manager

Jordan McGuire serves as SkyWater’s Recruiting & Development Manager. She gives every new team member a consistent, high-quality foundation from day one. She leads the onboarding experience for new hires and oversees SkyWater Academy, the firm’s structured training program that helps new recruiters build the skills, habits, and confidence they need to succeed, and then grow into excelling in their craft over their first year.

Before stepping into this role, Jordan spent three years as a full-desk recruiter at SkyWater, where she built a strong track record of success and gained firsthand insight into what it takes to thrive in the business. That experience gives her a genuine understanding of the challenges new recruiters face, from learning the fundamentals of the search process to navigating their first difficult client conversation.

Jordan is known for her organization, her drive to see others succeed, and her deep commitment to SkyWater’s culture and values. In her current role, she works closely with firm leadership and practice managers to ensure new employees are set up for long-term success, no matter which team they join. Her goal is simple: to help every person who joins SkyWater get off to a strong start and build a lasting, rewarding career with the firm.
