Zac Kallas

Senior Group Director, Information Technology

Zac leads the Information Technology Practice at SkyWater Search Partners, bringing over 10 years of expertise in Executive Search. As a Senior Group Director within SkyWater, Zac conducts searches and builds partnerships with various clients ranging from large, publicly traded organizations to bootstrapped start-ups. A four-time Presidents Club award recipient, Zac has completed hundreds of placements that range from Software Engineer to CTO.

Zac holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Spanish from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, where he played Football and spent a semester abroad in Seville, Spain.

Zac lives in Mound with his wife and their two daughters. Outside of work, he loves fishing, sporting events (SKOL), live music, and spending sunny days on the boat with the family.
