My experience with the whole process was really made easy, which I appreciate. Jon reached out to me and let me know he could look for some candidates, which I explained what I was looking for. He then went to work and found a couple in the area and sent me their information. I was able to look at them with no pressure and let him know who id like to talk to and he set up the interview. One that was all done, he then reached out to hear my thoughts and I explained that one of the candidates would be a good fit, again he took that and talked to the candidate, he let me know their salary requirements and I was able to work on getting that done as well. Basically, what I am trying to say is that any time I have dealt with Jon, he’s been easy to work with and accommodating. This was a pleasant experience, and I appreciated all of the interaction I had.
