Chase quickly sourced and presented several qualified candidates for the Director, Supply Chain Development position. We had 2 strong candidates at the end and ultimately offered our finalist.
I’m working with Chase on a very challenging position – Director of Parts, Garments & Accessories and he has provided many great candidates and has been resilient throughout the process. Admittedly, the candidate profile our CEO is seeking is a bit unrealistic and a bit of a moving target. I’m sending Chase some additional positions to work on this week.

His biggest strength is his direct style – he is not going to take any BS from anyone, which is what we need.
