Tim was great once again.  Very prompt on following up throughout the process. Tim/Skywater has been great for us throughout the years and from an IT standpoint… you are our preferred partner when searching for candidates.

I have had the privilege to partner with Zac a couple of times. He is a fantastic recruiter who works hard to understand the needs of an organization, as well as the strengths of candidates and what those candidates are looking for in a role. He is fantastic at getting to the core understanding of what makes a good match and making those great fits happen!

Overall, the process was great. Brian was very responsive and helpful. It seems like this search was a bit tough due to the personality type we needed, so not all IT candidates were a good match. Overall I was happy with the service provided and don’t think we would have been happier using anyone else. I decided to use SkyWater because Brady recruited me into my current role, and I like how different you operate from a larger shops.

We had a great experience with Tim! He was easy to work with, presented great candidates, moved quickly, and jumped in to provide candidate input as well, which we valued and appreciated. I think we passed on one, then interviewed three—two of whom we would have been pleased to hire either way. Our new hire started yesterday, and we think it will be a success.
