SkyWater is partnering with a client in Mankato to find a Route Manager! This person will be responsible for overseeing a small team of drivers, leading/growing the team, maintaining schedules and managing daily route tasks. You’ll also ensure work environments are in compliance with all safety guidelines, initiate best practices for productivity and resolve any route issues as needed. We’re looking for someone with experience overseeing drivers or routes who can come in and hit the ground running leading & growing this team. Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily operational tasks.
  • Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up on daily route assignments.
  • Monitors productivity, service, and safety standards for department.
  • Conducts root-cause investigations and looks for process improvements as needed.
  • Documents and maintains information required by regulatory agencies.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of management experience (ideally overseeing drivers).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
