SkyWater is partnering with a long-standing client in Southern Minnesota to find a Director of Safety for their team! Our client is one of the largest, privately-held agricultural producers in the United States with a large network of facilities across the Midwest. They’re an industry leader in their market and are currently looking for someone who can help elevate & set the strategic vision for their safety department. The Director of Safety will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 direct reports while also leading the safety function for the business, developing & implementing strategic safety programs, leading incident investigations & implementing corrective actions, and instilling a strong safety culture across the organization. We’re looking for someone with around 10+ years of EHS or Safety leadership experience, someone with experience leading safety programs across multiple sites, and someone with experience developing & implementing strategic safety initiatives with a growing business.
