SkyWater is partnering with one of our best clients in Southern Minnesota to find a Director of Safety for their team! Our client is a mid-sized, privately-held farming & agricultural products organization with a large network of operations across the upper Midwest. They’re an industry leader in their space and are currently looking for someone who can help elevate the strategic vision for their safety department. The Director of Safety will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 direct reports while also leading the safety function for the business, developing & implementing strategic safety programs, leading incident investigations & implementing corrective actions, and instilling a strong safety culture across the organization. We’re looking for someone with 15+ years of EHS or Safety leadership experience, experience leading safety programs across multiple sites, and someone with experience developing & implementing strategic safety initiatives.
