They’re an industry leader in their space and they’re looking for someone who can help elevate the strategic direction of the safety department. The Director of Safety will be responsible for developing & implementing strategic safety programs, leading incident investigations & implementing corrective actions, and partnering with executive leadership & operations teams to drive the safety culture across the organization. We’re looking for someone with around 15+ years of progressive EHS or Safety experience, experience leading safety programs across multiple sites, and someone who’s moved an organization from reactive safety management towards a proactive safety culture.
