Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, timely execution, and update of the company’s financial records including the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. As Controller, you will also help guide business and financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures that evaluate the impact of company activities on working capital and financial metrics. This position will be part of a business operations team and will help guide and train team members in best practices as it relates to inventory control and cash cycle management.
