Our client that is located in the Southwest Metro of the Twin Cities is looking to bring on an IT Manager to oversee the department. It’s a small group, so this person would have all IT responsibility for the company. The main focus for this person in the short term would be on the ERP side of the business, specifically with Netsuite.
The company continues to integrate Netsuite across the business, as well as bringing in Salesforce to help drive their continued growth. The company expects to grow 30% this year alone. Which also is going to require an IT roadmap, something that this person would also be tasks with creating. So working with company leadership to define IT strategy to meet those growth expectations.
While ERP management is a key responsibility, management of day to day IT tasks will also be part of this role. General IT support, server management, troubleshooting and some helpdesk tasks as well, although the company does contract with the third part IT support company to help with those responsibilities as well.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a interest and background in ERP integrations, preferably Netsuite, and the ability to translate business needs to projects within the department to meet those needs. What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the primary operational resource for HR, ensuring processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Own HRIS data integrity, system updates, and employee records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data governance
Leverage HR systems and data to support reporting, audits, and compliance (EEO-1, OSHA, unemployment, etc.)
Drive process standardization and help build HR infrastructure by documenting workflows, creating SOPs, and improving consistency across HR operations
Partner closely with payroll on employee changes, data accuracy, and leave tracking
Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, handling day-to-day inquiries and escalating more complex issues as needed
