SkyWater is partnering with a client in Central Minnesota to find a Food Safety & Quality Manager for their team! Our client is a well-known Minnesota food brand with a loyal customer base and they’ve been consistently growing over the last few years (around 15%). The Food Safety & Quality Manager will oversee the day-to-day food safety and quality activities within the production facility, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role partners closely with operations to identify risks, initiate corrective actions, and continuously improve food safety & quality systems.
