We had a great experience working with Scott. I could tell he did a great deal of research into each candidate and his explanations as to why he chose them were very informative. We are very happy with our decision to hire our top candidate. The process was incredibly smooth, and we really appreciated Paul’s time at the beginning. He did a great job of explaining our options and getting us set up for success.
We also enjoyed working with Allie, she did a great job finding another candidate for us, and did a wonderful job of explaining her process and giving us background on each candidate.
Our new hire happened to be the first candidate Scott provided, but he certainly took into account the profile we were looking for. This is a position that historically has taken us time, so to find a match early in the process was positive for us.
Stephanie has been fantastic to work with. A few months ago, we had an opening for the FP&A Manager role and an opening in the Senior Accountant role. Stephanie was able to fill the FP&A Manager role right away with a fantastic hire, and then, despite the market being really difficult to navigate in the accounting space, we feel very good about our new hire joining our team this past Monday. Stephanie has always been very honest about market conditions, her perspective on our roles, the candidates’ fit, etc. I have only positive things to say about my experiences working with her.
