I could not be more pleased or grateful for Taylor and the candidate she brought to me. I loved that she proactively reached out to me even before I had a moment to think about growing my team. She listened to what I was looking for in a new hire – really listened. And then she brought to me someone who checked all the boxes. She has a real gift for tuning in to her clients, I think. We had a great experience with Tim! He was easy to work with, presented great candidates, moved quickly, and jumped in to provide candidate input as well, which we valued and appreciated. I think we passed on one, then interviewed three—two of whom we would have been pleased to hire either way. Our new hire started yesterday, and we think it will be a success.

Unquestionably, from the services provided, the thoroughness of search process, and the quality of candidates identified, Kyle and the team at Skywater Search Partners is head and shoulders above all other search firms with whom I have worked in identifying the best candidates. It would be extremely difficult to persuade me to use a different search firm for any future engagements.
